1. Shipping Method: Good Old "Snail Mail"
To keep shipping costs as fair and low as possible for you, I ship all orders by standard letter post.
- No Tracking: Please note that this shipping method does not include a tracking number. This is a deliberate choice to keep postage costs reasonable for everyone.
- High Reliability: Experience shows that almost all shipments sent this way reach their destination safely and reliably.
2. A Little Surprise: Snail Mail Club Shipping
Part of the magic of the Snail Mail Club is the element of surprise!
To preserve this, the club shipments are sent out at a random time each month. This way, you never know exactly when a little bit of joy will land in your mailbox – just like an unexpected, handwritten letter from a good friend.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is on its way, the following estimated delivery times apply. Please note that these are estimates and can vary depending on postal service volume and the destination country.
- Germany: 2-5 business days
- Europe: 5-14 business days
- International (Worldwide): 10-30 business days
4. What if something goes wrong?
Patience is a virtue, especially with snail mail. However, if your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time or if it arrives damaged, please don't worry.
In this case, just contact me directly via email.
I guarantee we will find a solution, and I will typically arrange for a suitable replacement.
