Hi! I'm Kathrin, and I put a lot of love and care into every single product you find in my shop. As I run a small, personal business, I want to be transparent about how I handle returns and shipping.

1. Custom-Made Products

Please note that most products in my shop, especially those as part of the Snail Mail Club, are individually designed and custom-made for you.

For this reason, these items are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal. Therefore, a return or exchange of personalized and custom-made goods is unfortunately not possible. I appreciate your understanding on this matter.

2. Shipping via Snail Mail

To keep shipping costs as fair and low as possible for you, I ship orders by standard letter post ("Snail Mail").

  • No Tracking: This shipping method does not include a tracking number. This is a deliberate choice to keep postage costs low for everyone.
  • Reliability: In my experience, 99% of shipments sent this way arrive safely and reliably.

3. What if something goes wrong?

Should your order unexpectedly get lost or arrive damaged, there is absolutely no need to worry!

In this case, please just contact me directly via email.

I am sure that we will find a good solution together quickly. I will usually arrange for a suitable replacement to ensure you receive your order and are happy with it.
